Project Planning
At the onset of each engagement, Analytics works closely with our clients to develop a claims protocol
and to identify potential problems before they occur. To maintain continuity, this process is led by the same Senior Consultant
who will be responsible for claims processing during the engagement.
Claims Processing
Every settlement administration engagement requires that a claims administration database be established to identify class members and to process claims.
For this reason, Analytics has developed an application that is user friendly, versatile, and can be rapidly modified to meet particular needs of a given settlement. This database
application is browser based, and is complete with carefully designed quality-control and audit systems.
Lead times are frequently days, not weeks.
Using Analytics' claims administration software, Analytics' consultants can design, maintain and administer the claims database, and:
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the claims process by logging in all claims as they are received,
allowing claims to be added promptly to our database, be made accessible to our clients via the Internet, and enable realtime reporting regarding claim volumes and potential exposure

Maintain a high level of quality control for the entire claims process. Every claim received by Analytics is reviewed by claims processing personnel
prior to being incorporated into the claims processing database
Provide clients with access to real-time status reports, comment (or submit objections) regarding claims that have been filed,
and search for individual records (including viewing images of Claim Forms).
Mail automated letters to class members acknowledging the receipt of valid claims and
providing class members with the valuation of their claims. This ensures the accuracy of the information contained in our claims
administration database.

Mail automated letters informing class members of the deficiency of their claims and providing them with the opportunity to cure the deficiency.
Document Management
Once a Claim Form is received from a class member, a unique file is created. The form is digitally scanned, automatically interpreted, and the original documents and their images retained for archival purposes. All data captured in this process is manually verified and validated to ensure 100% accuracy before it is integrated into the automated database system. This process automates 90% of the data entry associated with claims evaluation.
Internet Claims Filing
Recognizing the growing trend towards mass consumer litigation, Analytics developed a patent pending process
to allow class members to file claims on-line. This provides our clients with a secure alternative to costly mail and paper-based systems.
Reporting and Analysis
As important as individual claims processing is to the successful administration of a case, it is
equally important to have extensive reporting and analysis capabilities. In this role, Analytics' staff of analysts, accountants,
and Phd economists bring a dimension of value and rigor seldom found in other claims administration firms.
